Annual Maintenance

This is an example of what our yearly maintenance consists of.

  • Clean out contents of gutters and dispose of.
  • Wash down and clean exterior of gutter.  Making sure downpipes are clear and flowing.
  • Wash fascias and soffits ( plastic / UPVC or wood ) including downpipe, flue pipe and waste pipes.
  • Wash garage door.
  • Clean windows, frames and sills.
  • Clean all exterior doors.
  • Clean conservatory roof, empty and clean gutters on conservatory, wash windows and plastics.
  • Clean house no. or name sign, security lights and de-cobweb and de-dust.
